Use of Dollzone Spain web page
Dollzone Spain offers a limited license to enter and personally use this site, but not to download (except in cache) nor modify it, either totally or partially, except with the express authorisation in writing of Dollzone Spain. This license does not include resale or commercial use of this web site or its contents; any use of product lists, descriptions, or prices; any derivative of this site or its contents; any download or copy of the information for another company's benefit; or any use concerning data mining, robots, or similar tools of data collection or removal.
This web site or any part of this web site cannot be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or in any other way run for any other commercial purpose without our express consent in writing.
Frames or framing techniques cannot be used in order to insert a trade mark, logo, or any other property information (including images, texts, page structures, or forms) of Dollzone Spain without our express consent in writing. You cannot use metalabels or any other kind of hidden text with Dollzone Spain's name on them without the express consent of Dollzone Spain. Any unauthorised use will be considered as a revocation of the license granted by Dollzone Spain.
You will be granted a limited, revocable and not exclusive right to make a link to the start page of www.dollzone.es as long as such link does not present Dollzone Spain or its products or services in some incorrect, confusing, revocable or offensive way. You cannot use any logo of Dollzone Spain or graphic elements or trade marks as a part of the link without our writing consent.
Your behaviour
You cannot use the web site in any way that causes, or may cause, the interruption, damaging or disqualification of the service somehow.
You are aware that you are, and not Dollzone Spain, responsible for all the electronic communications and contents between your computer and Dollzone Spain and that you must use the web site only for legal purposes.
You cannot use the web site:
- for dishonest purposes, or in relation with criminal offenses or other illegal activities.
- to send, use or reuse illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, libelous, obscene or threatening material; or that breaches copyright, commercial makes, confidenciality, privacy or any other right; or that damages any third parts somehow; or subjected to objection; or that consists of or contains computer virus, political campaign messages, commercial messages, chain messages, sending of massive mail, or any kind of spam.
- to cause confusion, trouble or unnecessary worries.
Cancellation of orders
To cancel an order, please, send an email to info@dollzone.es.
It is Dollzone's right to keep an amount of maximum 20% of total price of order as a deposit delivered to book the ordered products to make sure their availability in stock.
Thus, a bank account or a correct paypal address should be given to enable a bank transfer of the returned money . However Dollzone will not pay any compensations of eventual taxes, or commissions of the bank transfer.
Return of orders
Dollzone Spain commits itself to send the sold products in perfect state; however a claim can be made if such products do not arrive as expected, within 15 days since their arrival. The solution, which will be chosen by Dollzone Spain, would be one of the following options:
- a money return of the order amount (this does not include extras such as paypal taxes, international bank transfers paid by theuser for the total amount of the order). This will be done as soon as the user sends back the product (the user will pay for the sending expenses). In case some defect that had not been documented were found, Dollzone Spain will discount the cost deemed adecuate for the damage caused to the returned product.
- a change of the product for another new one (the buyer will have to pay for the sending expenses of transport of the defect product).
- the sending of a new product for an equal or inferior value of the affected product.
Dollzone Spain will not be responsible at any time for the treatment, delay or loss of the order by the transport company. Even if Dollzone Spain may help to find a solution to the problem, if any damage has been caused during the transport a claim must be addressed to such company to have a reimbusement or whatsoever such company establihes in its clauses.
